What is an online interactive community? An online interactive community is a community of individuals with similar interests, and experiences, who have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.

What is The Triple M Club? The Triple M Club is a community of people from around Australia who enjoy listening to the radio. The purpose of The Triple M Club is to help Southern Cross Austereo get to know you, their radio listeners better and to learn about your views and options.

Who is Southern Cross Austereo? Southern Cross Austereo is the creator of more hours of live content than any other broadcast media in Australia and can connect brands with 95% of Australians each week via our regional free-to-air TV networks, national radio networks, online, mobile and unique one off events. Southern Cross Austereo Radio Stations and TV Networks are linked to many local cities and towns throughout Australia, focusing on locally made content, news and events, giving back to communities through ongoing unique events, as well as fundraising and support of community activities and issues.

What is Vision Critical? Vision Critical provides the software for The Triple M Club and stores securely all the information collected. The information is analysed and reported by Southern Cross Austereo. Vision Critical will not disclose the information to anyone other than Southern Cross Austereo and there are strict privacy measures in place to protect your information. How do I register to become a Triple M Club panellist? Simply click on the "Join Now" button on https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au and complete a short profiling survey about you.

What information is required to become a panel member? Completing a brief initial survey is the only information required for joining the panel. This survey will ask for basic contact information.

What will you do with my email address? To be a member of The Triple M Club you will need to provide your email address. We will only use this email address to invite you to participate in surveys and discussions and to keep you up to date with all the exciting work we are doing.   

How many surveys do I have to complete? We would love to see you participate in as many studies as you are invited to take. In order to be considered an active member of The Triple M Club we ask that you participate in at least three panel studies per year.

How do I complete a survey? You will be e-mailed a unique URL address for each survey. Simply click on that URL or cut and paste it into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey form online.

How long will I have to complete each survey? You will typically have anywhere from 48 hours to two weeks to complete each survey.

How long will the surveys take to complete? A typical survey takes anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes to complete, depending on your Internet connection speed and the complexity of the survey. The timeframe will be provided within each email invitation so you have an idea of how long it will take.

How do members receive information and feedback as a result of the survey topics they complete? Interesting facts and findings will be made known to panelists in newsletters and under the “What you said” section on https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au   

How do I find out if I've won a prize? If you are a prize winner, we will contact you via phone to confirm that you have won a prize. Once we have made contact with you, we will confirm all required details to get the prize to you. All prize members names will be published in the ‘Winners’ section at https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au

How long will I remain on the panel? It’s up to you. We hope that you choose to remain part of The Triple M Club for a long time. You may remain on the panel as long as you choose to participate in at least three surveys per year. Members may remove themselves from the panel.

How do I update my personal information? You can log in at any time at https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au and change your email address and password using the ‘Update’ link at the top right.

What happens if I forget my password? Simply click "Forgot Password?" at https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au and follow the instructions on-screen. You will receive an email containing a temporary password. Login at https://www.thetriplemclub.com.au and use the ‘Update User Info’ tab to change the temporary password to something more memorable.

How do I report a technical problem? Click on ‘Technical Support’ at the foot of the screen and use the self-help survey to assist with your query. If your query is not covered by the self-help survey, simply email support at community.manager@thetriplemclub.com.au  including a description of the problem you are experiencing.

How can I unsubscribe? See ‘How long will I remain a member of the panel?’ above. Also, every email you are sent from Music Jury Insights will contain a link at the bottom which will allow you to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe you will no longer receive e-mails from The Triple M Club.
